We are seeking a Client Engagement & Growth Coordinator who will be instrumental in supporting our CEO with high-impact client relationships and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities are:
1. Client Relationship Support
-
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling client inquiries and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
-
Schedule client meetings, follow up on engagements, and support retention initiatives by conducting periodic check-ins.
-
Track and report on client satisfaction and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
-
Track follow-up communications and client engagement initiatives.
-
Manage data entry, maintain and organize client documentation, ensuring compliance with data security and confidentiality standards.

Provide support for firm-wide initiatives, including special client appreciation events.
2. Client Outreach and Communication:

Create monthly or quarterly check-in email templates for client engagement.
-
Prepare client follow-up lists for the CEO, tracking interactions, opportunities and deadlines.
3. Process Improvement

Document and assess workflow processes, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for increased efficiency.

Maintain software tools for task management, document management, and client tracking.

Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency, client experience, and internal processes and provide feedback to the CEO
4. Marketing & Events

Work closely with the CEO to assist with building brand awareness and attracting potential clients.

Help create visuals and content to enhance social media presence.
Requirements are:

High level of discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.

Attention to detail, especially with regard to data entry and client communications.

Familiarity with software (Google Workspace, Zoom, Calendly, Eventbrite, Canva).

This is currently a part-time role with the opportunity for full-time in 2025.

Key Responsibilities are:
- Promote deMAURIAC’s Brand: Act as a brand ambassador for deMAURIAC, promoting our services, including comprehensive financial planning, retirement planning, and investment advisory services.
- Represent the firm across various channels, including social media, networking events, community outreach.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Focus on identifying and connecting with potential clients who could benefit from our tailored wealth management services. Generate qualified leads and guide prospects to schedule consultations with our financial advisors.
- Ensure the CRM is consistently updated with new client leads, community contacts & meeting context, action items, and follow-up tasks while collaborating with internal team members to streamline onboarding, engagement, and next steps.
- Educational Content Sharing: Work with the CEO to share educational content and resources related to financial literacy, retirement planning, and wealth management. Highlight deMAURIAC’s mission to elevate women investors through financial knowledge and support.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Attend networking events, both online and in-person, to build relationships with potential clients. Represent deMAURIAC at events where you can engage with professionals and individuals who align with our values.
- Referral and Incentive Program: Actively encourage client referrals and lead generation, with bonus incentives tied to successful client acquisitions and firm growth.
- Compliance & Ethical Standards: Ensure all outreach, communications, and messaging are compliant with industry regulations, including SEC and FINRA guidelines. All communications will align with deMAURIAC's compliance policies, and training will be provided to ensure adherence to financial marketing standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales or Client-Facing Experience: A background in sales, marketing, or client engagement is preferred, but not required.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
- Goal-oriented: A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed client acquisition targets.
- Passion for Financial Empowerment: A deep belief in the power of financial literacy and supporting women to achieve economic independence.

We create tailored plans with thoughtfully selected investments that consider financial concerns affecting women such as gender pay disparities and career breaks. Our goal is inclusive and focused on closing gender money gaps.
Internship Overview
This internship will provide hands-on experience in the marketing operations of a financial services firm. The intern will work closely with the CEO and client engagement and growth coordinator to support ongoing campaigns, assist in content creation, analyze market trends, and engage in customer outreach. This is a unique opportunity to gain insight into the financial services industry while applying marketing skills to real-world business challenges.
- Openings: Summer 2025, Fall 2025
- Location: Remote or Hybrid, flexible and approved on a case by case basis
- Duration: 3 months (flexible based on availability)
- Schedule Flexibility: Interns typically work in the afternoons or evenings to accommodate class schedules. Interns work with the CEO to set their schedules and typically work 10 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Strategy
- Assist in the development of marketing materials (brochures, blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, and email campaigns).
- Create compelling content for the firm's website and social media platforms to engage clients and prospects.
2. Social Media Management
- Assist in developing content calendars and scheduling posts.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
3. Market Research & Data Analysis
- Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Help identify new marketing opportunities and customer segments.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns.
4. Client & Lead Generation Support
- Assist with developing and executing lead generation strategies (email campaigns, partnerships, webinars).
- Help nurture client relationships through personalized communications.

5. Brand & Communications Support
