Marigny deMauriac, CFP®, CEPA®, ABFP®, AAMS®, is the founder of deMAURIAC, a 100% women-owned, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Registered Investment Advisory firm. With over a decade of experience in finance, Marigny specializes in helping clients align their finances with their core values to live more intentional lives.
Marigny holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor™ (CEPA®) designation, empowering business owners to maximize value and prepare for successful exits. She also earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (2020), Accredited Asset Management Specialist™ (2016), and Accredited Behavioral Finance Professional® certifications, equipping her with deep expertise in financial planning, investment strategies, and the psychology behind financial decision-making.
A former mental health professional with a Master's in Counseling, Marigny blends empathy with strategy to create a collaborative approach to client relationships. She is an active advisor to Loyola University New Orleans' Center for Entrepreneurship, the Loyola Center for Counseling, as well as a mentor for the Tulane University Innovation Institute's Youth Entrepreneur Academy, supporting the next generation of leaders.
Previously, Marigny served as Director of Women's Business Programs & Development at the Women's Business Enterprise Council South, where she supported over 1,100 women-owned businesses in accessing vital resources across Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, and the Florida panhandle. Additionally, she held dual roles at a Fortune 100 finance firm, focusing on both financial planning and diversity, equity, and inclusion as Regional Director of Women's Inclusion in Louisiana. In this capacity, she successfully recruited and retained women in finance, quadrupling the number of women advisors in her region during her two year tenure in that position.
